“鲸鱼亚洲尤克里里音乐节Whale Asia Ukulele Festival ”简称“WAUF”
从2006年开始指弹中国创始人李校长和团队坚持在国内推广指弹吉他文化和演出，经过十多年的努力，欣喜的看到指弹吉他逐渐从无人认知到和古典吉他、民谣吉他一样为大家所熟知,但同时指弹中国联合创始人喻大胜也在默默地推广指弹尤克里里文化。2021年指弹中国成立十五周年之际开始准备在国内尤克里里弹唱广泛群众的基础上进一步推动指弹尤克里里文化在国内的发展，全新2021WAUF青少年尤克里里大赛&2021WAUF国际尤克里里大赛、2022鲸鱼亚洲尤克里里音乐节火热计划筹备中，期待共同推进尤克里里文化和市场在国内进一步发展。
在夏威夷的Ukulele比赛已经拥有50年的历史了，包括东南亚国家也举办过很多届Uke比赛，赛事获奖的冠军很多已经是国际比较出名的Uke演奏家，秉着发掘推广“演奏人才”的理念，举办第一届“2021WAUF青少年尤克里里大赛&2021WAUF国际尤克里里大赛”，希望可以通过比赛发掘出一些在尤克里里演奏、弹奏、编曲的人才。旨在通过举办世界范围内的国际尤克里里大赛和亚洲鲸鱼尤克里里音乐节，为尤克里里爱好者们提供一个展现技艺与才华的平台, 通过举办国际尤克里里大赛和音乐节增进国内外文化交流，共同推动提高整个尤克里里产业在音乐市场的份额，引导尤克里里成为新的潮流文化趋势。通过大赛的成功举办和国际影响力，同时通过比赛为国内外尤克里里音乐家们之间的文化交流搭建桥梁。

“WAUF” short for “Whale Asia Ukulele Festival”
The founder of FingerstyleChina -Weifeng Li and his team started to promote fingerstyle guitar culture and performance in China since 2016, after more than 10 years efforts, we glad to see fingerstyle guitar has become as popular as other guitar style. Meanwhile, Co-founder Dasheng Yu kept on promoting Ukulele culture. In 2021, take the opportunity of FingerstyleChina 15th anniversary, we plan to push Fingerstyle ukulele culture development base on a big group of ukulele lovers in China. Brand new 2021 WAUF Youth Ukulele Competition & 2021 WAUF International Ukulele Competition and 2022 Whale Asia Ukulele Festival are in preparation. We hope to do something together to help Ukulele culture and market further develop in China.
Ukulele competition has 50 years history in Hawaii,Many Uke competitions have been held in Southeast Asian countries. Many of the winners have already become renowned Uke performers in the world. With the concept of exploring and promoting “performance talents”, the first “2021WAUF Youth Ukulele Competition & 2021WAUF International Ukulele Competition” will be held. Hopes to discover some players who talented on playing, arranging music through the competition. Aims to provide a platform for ukulele lovers to show their skills. Enhance cultural exchanges with other countries through hoding the Competition and Festival, jointly promote and increase the share of the entire ukulele industry in the music market, guide ukulele to become new pop culture. Through holding the competition successfully and international influence to build a bridge for cultural exchanges between domestic and foreign Ukulele musicians.
2006年以来、Fingerstyle Chinaの創設者である李偉峰（愛称：李学長）と彼のチームは、中国でのFingerstyle Guitarの文化の普及、演奏会の開催等などに尽力して来ました。10年以上の努力の末、FingerstyleGuitarが誰にも知られていなかったものからクラシックギターやフォークギターのように世間に周知度が向上することを嬉しく思います。同時に、FingerstyleChinaの共同創設者である喩大勝は、Fingerstyleウクレレを広めるために東奔西走しております。2021年に FingerstyleChinaが設立されて15周年を迎える際、プームに乗ってフィンガースタイルウクレレ文化の発展を促進するための企画を立案いたしました。ハワイのウクレレフェスティバルは50年の歴史があり、東南アジア諸国でも多くのウクレレフェスが開催されています。フェスティバルイベント最優秀者の多くはすでに世界的に有名なプレーヤーとして活躍しています。Fingerstyle Chinaもより多くの人がウクレレの魅力に触れることのできるフェスを頑張りたいと思いながら、2021WAUFユースウクレレコンテストや2021WAUF国際ウクレレコンテストに加えて2022年ホエールアジアウクレレ音楽フェスを準備しています。中国のアコースティックギターのプレーヤーを発掘・養成するというコンセプトがフェスティバルを必ず実現に導きます。第1回「2021WAUFユースウクレレコンテスト」＆「2021WAUFインターナショナルウクレレコンテスト」が開催され、コンペを通じて演奏、アレンジまた作曲ができる優秀なプレーヤーを探し出すことを目標として決めました。また国際ウクレレコンテストやアジアのクジラウクレレ音楽フェスを開催することで、ウクレレを愛するプレーヤーと愛好家が自分のスキルや才能を披露するためのプラットフォームを提供いたします。WAUFは国内外のウクレレ文化交流の架け橋となり、ウクレレ音楽を世界における知名度も認知度もさらに高めることを目指して交流事業を進めてまいります。
